Version Control Repository: Error 12007

I'm getting this error in SIM 4.01

VCRM log entry: https://SERVERNAME:2381/vcrepository/log?entryId=VCRM1104040807
Error for file: catalog.xml
Error code: 12007
The server name could not be resolved.

I looked it up and Microsofts error code reason for 12007 is:

12007 ERROR_INTERNET_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
The server name could not be resolved

We are running ISA 2004 and IE is setup with the correct proxy settings. I browse the internet fine. What I'm wondering is if VCR uses an unusual port that we are blocking in ISA? Considering upgrading to SIM 4.02, but I don't know if we'll have the same issue with that version. Any ideas?

Found the issue. The proxy server was incorrectly setup in SIM.

- Went to into the Version Control Repository Manager
- Configure the repository and automatic update settings
- Clicked Next
- Corrected the Proxy Server settings.
