Version Control Repository error

We've upgraded from HP SIM 5.0 SP4 to 5.1. A recent check of the version control repository shows that it's succesfully downloading new content, but we can't manage it (options-->version control repository). We're getting the following error:

Error retrieving repository. Be sure a trust relationship is established with the repository device.

I have already checked the server trust certificate, and verified that the name we're using to get to the page is the same as the one registered to the cert. I've removed and re-imported the cert. I've rebooted the server. I've set the security settings to "trust all" instead of requiring a cert, but that's not working either.

What can I try to get this working? I can't

That last sentence should read "I can't think of what else to check". Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

Set "Trust All" in both CMS and repository device and try reidentifying the repository device.

how do I set the trust level on CMS if I can't configure it? Can you tell me what menu options to go to?

I've gone to

options-->security-->certificates-->Trusted certs and changed it to always accept.

options-->version control repository --> under the Trusted column I clicked "Configure" and clicked "trust all" for the trust mode of the agent on the server.

Is that what you were referring to?

I just started getting the same error today. "Error retrieving repository. Be sure a trust relationship is established with the repository device."

I have not been able to resolve the issue either. I also notice I am not able to view the VCA and the System Management Homepage times out when I try to view them via HP SIM web interface.
