Version Control Repository Manager could not be accessed using the specified account and password.

Just installed HP SIM V4.2 on a new machine which is significantly more reliable and useable than V4.1 on an older machine. In fact the only problem I am experiencing is with the Version Control Repository Manager.
When I try to change the agent settings on any of our servers I get the message:-

The Version Control Repository Manager, at insight, could not be accessed using the specified account and password. Insight is the server name which can be resolved through DNS. Have also tried the IP address but this fails too. Using the administrator login with the correct password. Fails every time. Not using certificates but 'Trust All'.

If anyonw knows why this is I would be grateful.

There's a section in the Release Notes about this.
The new Management Homepage on the HPSIM Server now starts to use the Systems login rights.

I created a new local acount on the HPSIM Server, gave it Admin rights and use this for the login credentials for VCA. I set this up on oine Server, once working I used the Replicate Settings to copy it to all of the other Servers.

Thanks for that it worked. Although I'm not sure where to find this 'Replicate Settings' option you mentioned. Where is that?

The Configure, Replicate Agent Settings option from the Insight Manager main window enables this and is very useful.
