Version Control Repository Manager very sporadic
I'm currently running HP SIM 5.2 SP1 with the VCRM installed on the same machine. However VCRM is very sporadic in it's functionality, and currently isn't recognized by HP SIM. VCRM has a green check mark though if you enter into the SMH. I've tried restarting the service, rebooting the machine, using different PSPs and have re-discovered the machine numerous times. The VCRM was working at one point for about a month, but for no apparent reason just stopped working last week. When it was running, I was never able to connect any VCA agents to it.
Has anyone seen this problem? When VCRM doesn't work for a period, then starts working, then stops again?
