Version Control
I have SIM 4.1 installed and everything communicates for the most part correctly with several blade servers and enclosures. My question is when I use the Version Control agent to view the software on the system it only shows the Windows 2003 software not the system firmware versions. How do I setup Version Control to view the Firmware revisions of all the hardware that I have?
I tried to setup another custom repository but it looks like the VC Agent will only look at one repository at a time which I have now set to the Windows 2003 repository... Any suggestions would be appreciated... BTW I don't really want to update the firmware, just report on what versions are installed and what versions are the latest so I can update during normal scheduled maintanence outages.

Re: Version Control
Have you downloaded the relevant Online Firmware Update images into your VC Repository?
The VCA Page should display Firmware Versions for the System BIOS, Array Controller and Lights Out.
If it's only listing the versions installed there are no downloaded versions in the repository.
They're not included in the softpaq, but will display no matter what reference paq is used.
If a reference paq is selected, then the non-softpaq items do not affect the status of the display.
