VM Pack Console not accessible in SIM
Suddenly without warning we started getting the following message when trying to access the VM Console:
======================
Communication has been lost with the VMM service.
VMM console will become accessible once the communication with the CMS is re-established.
For more information, refer to the troubleshooting guide.
===================
Restarting services and rebooting the server does not help. The VM Pack services are running.
Running SIM 5.0 and the VM Pack version that came with SIM5.
Thanks!

Re: VM Pack Console not accessible in SIM
This could happen if the CMS name could not be resolved, try accessing the CMS with the IP address (e.g. http://170.50.60.21:280)and see if you get the same error.
