VMM database error

I am attempting to install VMM 1.1 onto an existing Insight Manager 4.2 SP2 installation.

The install appears to proceed normally until the setup attempts to create the VMM database and apply the schema. At this point, I'm getting an error : 'HP Virtual Machine Management Pack was unable to create the virtual machine mangement pack database. Aborting the installation'

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
