VPM Reboot Status

I just rolled out patches to a bunch of our servers, Windows 2000/2003, when completed, only one server shows as needing a reboot. I find this to be odd. When I look at the installed patch option for a server, there are some patches that say 'Install Pending'. What is this supposed to mean...when exactly is it going to install, after the next reboot?

Confused as to when I can tell the patches are install and when/if they systems need rebooted.

sry, its not 'Install Pending' it is 'Install Requested'.
