warning states unexpected

Hi

I am new to HP SIM. I have installed it and monitor around 300 devices which includes also Blade Servers (ProLiant BL460c G1 running VMware ESX Server).
For many of those Blade servers the Health Status and Monitoring Status is shown as "Warning" but if i connect to the ILO page, the health status is shown as OK (All green lights).
How can i fix this in SIM?
