Why System Type and Product Name are unknown on Linux servers?
Hello,
I have HPUX and Linux servers in my Insight Manager, but for some reason for the linux server it does not show the System Type and Product Name.
They run on DL360 G3, I installed wbem and the latest Support Pack for proliant (and booted), did identiy again, but no success.
Thanx in advance!

Have you waited for discovery to run again to pick up your changes?

The problem was in SNMP configuration.
