WRITEN IN RED with VCA page for version SOFTWARE/FIRMWARE

When i go to see the version software/firmware update, i have 3 row
1_Installed version
2_Support pack Version
3_Latest Version

And Reference Support Pack is the ProLiant Support Pack for Microsoft Windows Server 2003 version 7.40B (English (US), Japanese)

But in the row Installed Version writen in RED,but it is the same has the lastest version ,but not Support pack version.

In the config for the VCA connection where you set the reference pack, uncheck the Exact match box. This forces an exact match, higher as well as lower, you probably just want to flag where it's below.
