I have HP Proliant DL380 Server with W2K16 Installed and DPM 2019
recently we have bought HPE 1/8 Tape autoloader with LTO 8 drive connected with HBA H241 Controller on the server
now the server only sees as a stand alone device not as a utoloader !
Am i missing anything ?

SolutionSystem recommended content:
1. HPE StoreEver 1/8 G2 Tape Autoloaders - Autoloader is not Detected by Library and Tape Tools (L&TT)
2. HP 1/8 G2 Autoloader Medium changer not detected by windows 2008 R2

Re: 1/8 G2 Autoloader with LTO8 can not be detected by Windows
If you haven't already, make sure you have the StoreEver drivers installed, and that they are the supported versions for DPM. See these documents/pages for the details:

I would also check the "Hewlett Packard Enterprise - StoreEver - Windows (SAS HBAs)" section of the latest "HPE StoreEver Compatibility Matrix" for the supported H241 firmware and driver information, normally at (but I can't seem to get there at the moment):
