1779-Slot X Drive Array – Replacement drive(s) detected OR previously failed drive(s) now appear to
Hi everyone!
I have the following issue each time I restart de server...
1779-Slot X Drive Array – Replacement drive(s) detected OR previously failed drive(s) now appear to be operational: Port X Box Y Bay(s) Z
If I configure these disk as logical disk in the HPE Smart Storage Administrator (SSA) I don't have problem to recognize these disks and I could install the Operative System and work with this for a week.
Mi server is a Proliant ML30 Gen9. And the issue are with non official HP harddisk,
I have 2 SATA3 3.5 of 2TB Segate Skyhawk and 1 SSD WD Blue SATA3
I suppose that is a Driver's issue. But is possible that it will be solved with driver update?.
Thanks a lot for your help.
best regards.
Jonas

Hello,
I found this to get more details to understand the cause of the issue that you are facing : https://techlibrary.hpe.com/docs/iss/shared/gen9/error/Advanced/Content/247055.htm
However it is recommended to use HPE branded drives as they are tested depending on the server models.
