2x1x16 IP KVM console software

Hello,
I've installed a 2x1x16 IP KVM. I've successfully assigned an IP address to the KVM. However, when I launch the console software 2.5i, I cannot communicate with the KVM. The software responds back with, no valid 1x1x16 or 3x1x16 KVM found. I've configured two other 1x1x16 IP KVMs and can reach them with the console software. Is there another version of the console software? Or is there some setting I"ve not enabled that will make the console software interpret the 2x1x16 IP KVM as a 1x1x16 unit? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
