Compaq part number numbering convention.

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what is the difference between the P/N's that have a -B21 and a -B22 are?

From what I have seen in the past is -B21 is a North America option part number and -B22 is an international option part number.
Not sure what the other differences are.
