Compaq t2400h Ups monitoring on Windows 2003 server

Hi,

Just bought a compaq T2400h UPS for our server, got a correct serial cable from the hp sparepart store. My big problem now is that i would very much like to have the ups shutdown my server when external power i cut off but i cant seem to find any software that can be installed on my system. Anybody able to help
