Compaq USV R 3000 XR Management Interface

Hello,
I have one Compaq R 3000 XR with the HP UPS Management modul.

I can`t administrate the different Load Segments. The Webbrowser shows me only Load 1.

The second problem I have is in the Overview screen the Load is still at 0%. The status of the battery is unknown. Input voltage is 0% and Output voltage is also 0%. Can someone tell me whats my problem with the USV is.

I have know all servers configurate for Load 1 und the agent status ist green. I have 0 alarm and the lights at the USV seems also be okay.
