DataStore is inaccesible on vcenter 6.7

Hi

In new Storage 2062, I created a volume and mapped it to hp server g8

I migrated some VM to new datastore with vcenter 6.7.  it was ok and worked

but now, after some  days, The datastore is  inaccessible and the VM has lost.

The Storage doesn't have any Error.

I restarted Vcenter 6.7 and Esxi 6.7 and even Storage but the problem is remains

I couldn't mount datastore again and I am worried about VM and its data

what should I do? please help me

Re: DataStore is inaccesible on vcenter 6.7

Hello,

I see you have a MSA 2062 as your storage. What type of SAN protocal are you using to connect the MSA2062 volume to the server? The MSA gives you three options; direct SAS, iSCSI and Fibre Channel (FC). I would look at the SAN connections first to if that was the cause of the datastore disappearing.
