Failed disk still remain after replacing with new sff

Hi Dear Community,

l  replaced the failed SFF disk 0 13 0  with new the same (firmware) SFF. But l still failed disk error appears? Why should be the reason?

Yes,

l have resolved myself the problem

 

l commanded 

dismisspd 13 

(this ghost bug called)
