Gen 10 Support Pack Download Link fails

I am trying to get the server support pack but this link:

Gen10 Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP) Version 2021.04.1 | HPE

Leads to the download link after I've logged in. But the download doesn't work:

I am using Edge... Is there an issue, or an alternative site - FTP would be great.

You need to get in touch with the suppor team.

send an email to: licensing.ams@hpe.com so they can reset something on your account.

happens to me all the time.
