How safety replace drive with error 1786-drive array recovery needed

Hello!

We have an alert on our ILOs DL360 gen.

ILO_error.jpg

Problem that we don't see the red or yellow indication on disks in phisical server.
Status on all disks - ok

Disks.jpg

We exported dump and saw many error on 2 disks.

Questions:
1) How to change disk with failures correctly if the logic of raid controller - ok?
2) Which command in hpssacli do we need?

Hello Gsser,

You can generate the array diagnostics report to confirm/view the errors reported on the disk. You may refer to the following document for more deatils on this : https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=a00097137en_us&docLocale=en_US

Hope it helps!

Hello,

You can repalce the hard disk online, when the hard disk configured in raid groups 1,5,6,10,50 & 60.
But make sure only one hard disk failure or depned on raid group.
Follow the below link for more clarifications.
