Hi,
That error usually just means the Opportunity ID format isn’t exactly what the system expects.
Make sure you’re entering the full 10‑digit Opportunity ID, starting with OPE, with no spaces before or after. Even an extra space at the end can trigger that message.
A couple of quick things to double‑check:
- Don’t copy/paste from an email or PDF — that often adds hidden spaces.
- Type the ID manually and confirm it’s all in one line.
- Check that you’re using the Opportunity ID, not a quote number or case ID (they’re easy to mix up).
If it still fails after that, try logging out and back in, or testing with a different browser. I’ve seen the form get picky for no obvious reason.
