HP Console Switch J1474A question
My company has a console switch, a J1474A, now it have been in use for the last years without any trouble.
But now comes the day we added a new server.
The IT manager that was in charge back then is no longer working for us. Ans now we do not know the admin account password.
Now I assume there must be a way to reset the passwords in this device.
I can not find it on the website. Can anyone help me out to explain how to do this?

Re: HP Console Switch J1474A question
Hi I'm not certain that you can get to that link so here is another for the device which will point you to a firmware upgrade. That may well take out the password
