HP DL360 Gen9 ilo port question

I believe the ilo port can be set to "share' or "dedicated", correct?

If so, how can I find which it is set to once signed into the server from the command line ( </>hpiLO-> ) ?

TIA.

        YES

       Please use the HPE iLO command "GET_NETWORK_SETTINGS" or run the Get_Network.xml script to get the network detail.

Re: HP DL360 Gen9 ilo port question

@shiva_jr

Thank you, but it doesn't seem to be working:

</>hpiLO-> GET_NETWORK_SETTINGS

status=2
status_tag=COMMAND PROCESSING FAILED
error_tag=COMMAND NOT RECOGNIZED

Any other suggestions?

Re: HP DL360 Gen9 ilo port question

@MrWrongchat

It looks "GET_NETWORK_SETTINGS" is not recognized on your system.You can try another command to retrieve the network settings, such as: hpiLO-> SHOW NETWORK_SETTINGS

OR

You can try the below one. But which should include information about whether the iLO port is set to "shared" or "dedicated" mode: hpiLO-> SHOW /map1/enetport1

If none of these commands work, it's possible that the firmware version of your iLO may not support these commands, or there may be a specific command for your firmware version.

Let me know...
