HP G2 1/8 SAS LTO4 Library

I have a G2 Library with nework address of 192.168.1.20 and a Windows 2016 server (192.168.1.2).

Library settings are

Currently Installed Autoloader Firmware 3.80 Drive Firmware Revision U62W

Pv4 SNMP Target Addresses 192.168.1.2 SNMP V2

Command View TL Management Station Address *   192.168.1.2 IPv4 Management Station    Port:   8099

Using  CVTL demo running, every time I try to add my library it fails.

The error is...

Add library: 192.168.1.20

Validating library address

Error: Cannot communicate with library 192.168.1.20 using current SNMP configuration. Check that the address (192.168.1.20/161) is correct and that SNMP has been enabled on the library.

SNMP is enabled on the library and port 8099 is also enabled

SNMP Work to Library from another device. Port 161 OK

Library connected to Server via SAS cable, that works and HP Library Software can see everything.
