HP LoadRunner and PerformanceCenter differences

Hello,

Would someone be able to call attention to the significant contrasts among LoadRunner and Performance Center? My little examination shows that both can be utilized for load testing and execution checking. What extra components are given by Performance Center? Is VUGen a piece of Performance Center?
