Ensure that the hard drives installed are HPE recommended options and spares.
Check the status of the hard drive LEDs. You may refer to section "SAS and SATA drive LED combinations" on page 89 of the HPE ProLiant DL380 G6 Server's QuickSpecs for interpreting the status of the hard drives.

Please let us know what is the LED status of the Drives.
And if they were wowrking earlier? Any recent changes done after which this issue has started?
If any Spare Drive, insert and test if possible
