HP Rack and Power Manager AND Compaq Power Manager 1.81

Hello!

We're installing HP RPM in our environment and many servers (old Compaq and newer HP) have Compaq Power Manager 1.81 software monitoring the Group Master and Group Members on the local UPS.

I wanted to know if the HP RPM System and Serial Relay agent can be installed while Compaq Power Manager 1.81 is installed. Do they conflict? Any help would be appreciated.
