I have two HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 Servers I am trying to install a second processor in the server but the screw #2 does not tighten. I have tried swapping processors and the same issue with screw #2. Appears to be an issue with the board, though very odd that 2 servers have the same issue. Anyone familiar with this issue?

Re: HPE DL380 Gen10 Server Processor issue
Hello,
Are you following the correct order in tightening down the heatsink screws?

Re: HPE DL380 Gen10 Server Processor issue
I am unable to watch the video, I get message - Please check the Video ID or your account permissions.
I am following the correct order, I was able to swap processors and it will screw down in the 1st location but the 2nd location does not allow any processors to be screwed down, this is only an issue for screw #2 as mentioned.

Re: HPE DL380 Gen10 Server Processor issue
Hello,
I sorry you were unable to view the video. The fact that both servers are doing the same thing seems very strange. The heatsink should only fit on the board one way. Have you verified that the beveled corner of the heatsink and the beveled corner of the processor socket are aligned..
