HPE G2 Basic 7.3kVA UPS failure

Hello guys, I have a HPE G2 Basic 7.3kVA UPS which I installed 3 months back. Currently UPS boots for less than 5sec and shutdown automatically.  It displays a warning "load not powered" before it shutdown.On my examination, batteries voltage measure is 70V. Any help please.
