HPE G4 KVM IP Console Switch - need one time emergency paswword

Initial setup of an HPE rack with a HPE 1x1x8 G4 KVM IP Console Switch. Customer tried logging in as Admin with Admin as password and now it says we need a one time emergency paswword. Tried power cycling the KVM and still have same issue, all that comes up on screen is FREE banner and then the box looking for the Password. It says to call HPE, which I did but they want all kinds of serial numbers and contract numbers. to open a case which I don't have access to at this moment. I do have the Key and EID if that helps:

Thank you for the link to the KVM Switch User's Guide - I have that already.
Is that is indciation that my solution is in there some place ?  because I can't seem to find  out any other way to get out of the screen I am caught on other than this one-time emergnecy password

In the above guide, please refer to section "Using the on-board Web interface (OBWI)" on page 30, the note to point 3 for this information and see if it helps.

Since it is an initial setup and Onetime emergency password is required, we cannot share these details on an open forum.

We suggest to collect the KVM serial number and log a case @HPE support center

The support engineer shall share the contract/warranty details based on the serial number of the KVM. (If there is an active contract/warranty)

I did end up having to open an HPE Support Case and getting that one-time Emergency Passworrd to reset the KVM.

Simple enough.
