I have a HPE ProLiant ML310e Gen8 v2 server and i am trying to add the HPE Spare Part #: 659570-001 which is compatible with the server. The proble is that when I insert the hard disk the server does not recognize the extra disk 1 want to add. any ideas??????????

Solution
Hello,
You have to create the raid with this hard disk form the SSA .
You have to add this in the existing raid, If you already created raid. if you want to add this hard disk in the existing raid.
