HPE RDX USB 3.0 drive (C8S06A) ejects unexpectedly.

I have an HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen11 and an RDX USB 3.0 drive.

When I visited the server one day, I noticed that the RDX cartridge was unexpectedly ejected from the RDX drive.

I also noticed that when I ran "gpupdate /force" at the command prompt, the RDX cartridge was unexpectedly ejected from the RDX drive.

I would like to resolve this issue. Any advice would be appreciated.

    I am not more aware of this issue. You can try to identify the issue and resolve it by installing the RDX utility and updating the firmware. 
    Please refer this document.

The RDX Utility version is "2.0.1.52_Z7550-02735".

Also, the RDX USB 3.0 firmware version is "2.83_Z7550-02733".

So the latest version is installed.
