HPE SERVER PROLIANT 380 G9 STUCK BOOT IN HP LOGO

Hi,

My HPE SERVER proliant g9  stuck boot in hp logo, the circle windows stay loading infinite and not boot windows.

Any help?

You can try clearing the NVRAM.

On the systemboard, switch dipswitch 6 to on and power on the server

Its not work for me

I will try update ilo, i receive error message that " communication with ilo fw error" 

I did usb pendrive boot for update ilo, but still not working

Did you create a bootable SPP usb stick ?

you can use the hpe USB key utility to create one.

Mabe first in the post a factory/ config reset

I did reset factory, but the version firmware ilo stay the same version, i think she are error, i will try again did update, but not sucessful

now, my server not initialize more, you have manual/datasheet this model?  because my server are with leds in moherboard CR1-CR8 the light LED CR8 are flashing

replying your questions.

I try did updates the ilo, reset factory, i activate the redudant firmware ilo, reset nvram, clear cmos and nothing work for me.

i try too did pendrive usb bootable with hp key, but not work.

i have a question for you, wich the process for UID pre diagnostics? i  just connected the power cable to the battery and activate the button UID (BUTTON BLUE) but, no video in my monitor. the procedure are correct?

The ore diagnostic with the uid is from Gen10 not yet for the gen 9
You can try to minimize the system, 1 cpu minimum of memory

Maybe no memory. It should give peeps and no screen

i try again update firmware ilo, i can boot pendrive usb the interface for update the ilo, but in midle process of updating, occurs the error in update ilo, ilo are corrupted.

exists others method for update ilo? because my ilo are corrupted 100%, reset factory or redudant firmware not work.
