INTEL VIRTUALIZATION TECHNOLOGY UNSELECTABLE

Dear all,

I have a little problem with virtualization configuration on a HP ProLiant DL20 Gen10 Svr, Xeon E-2224 processor.

We want to configure 3 WS2019 VM's with Hyper-V, but when we try to enable virtualization on System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > Virtualization Options > Intel(R) Virtualization Technology, the options are grayed out (unselectable) and we can't enable it.

Has anyone encountered with this problem before?

Many thanks,

Hi,

Please make sure you are following the correct procedure.  Here is the video.
ProLiant Gen10 Servers and Synergy - Configuring Virtualization Options.

You can also check if the server needs a BIOS update.

Thank You!
