Yes resetting a console switch password is what I am looking for,  I attempted to call the 1-800 listed on the console,  however I was transferted 3 times and noone was able to assist.

I will try the hpe.com/contact link and hopefully get a better response.

I have a key and EID #.  Is there someone I can contact directly to get this KVM Console switch password reset??

I have also encountered the same issue and unable to get through.

I need to reset the console and have the EID and KEY available to provide.
