I have an ML110 with a SmartArray P408i-p running firmware 1.65. The logical drive crashed losing all data. I replaced the alleged bad drive. When I rebuild using RAID-1, the data sync goes to 99.45% then the logical drive crashes and loses all data. I reviewed a bulletien that says I need to upgrade the firmware. How do I upgrade the P408i-p firmware? I am upgrading using System Utilities>Embedded Applications>Select a device to update>Firmware Update>Slot 3: HPE Smart Array P408i-p SR Gen10>Select a firmware file....
Where can I get the firmware file?

SolutionHello,
You may try using the ".fw" file extracted from the online ROM Flash Component for Windows (x64) for this controller.
Download and extract the contents to a folder and use the file named "HPE_luxor.bin.fw" and see if you have success.
Regards,
I work at HPE
