Mon serveur HPE PROLiant DL 160 Gen10 ne détecte pas les connexions au switch

I have an HPE DL 160 Gen 10 server with Windows Server 2019 installed. When I connect the server to the switch, it doesn't detect the Ethernet cables, and the LEDs don't light up. However, when connected to a laptop, the network card LEDs light up.

I contacted HPE support, and they replaced the motherboard, but the issue persists.. 

Can someone help me with this?

Hello,

If HPE Support has replaced the system board, but the issue is not resolved, then it is recommended to contact them again, providing the case on which the system board was replaced and inform that the issue is not yet resolved and that further investigation is needed.
