Network card problem
Good afternoon After updating from an iso image, the system does not see the network card either ilo or the operating system
The MAC address of the device is on the form 00:00:00:00, and status unknown
Please advise or help to solve the problem, or what should be done?

Re: Network card problem
Hi,
Can you please tell us what the server model is and what is the network card model.
Also which ISO image did you update?
What is the operating system in this server?
In general, you may need to update the NIC Firmware or the network card may have gone bad.
Thank You!

Re: Network card problem
Hi,
Can you try this card in a different slot or into a different server, just to check if the issue is with the card or slot.

Here is the FW for this card, https://support.hpe.com/connect/s/softwaredetails?language=en_US&softwareId=MTX_61a75e3ac8ef4880bd9074c74d
Thank You!
