Powerprotector - Shutdown ESXi 8 server
I am trying to get Powerprotector to run a script to shutdown the VMs and then the ESXi host. I have created a powershell script which works fine. But I can't make powerprotector run even a simple batch file. Documentation all appears old and out of date and conflicting, some seems to point to the script only being able to run the shutdown command. Can anyone help me?

Re: Powerprotector - Shutdown ESXi 8 server
It might be helpful. But it looks like I need to install a linux VM in order to run the shutdown script. Does this mean that in the Windows Version of the software the script option only understands the shutdown command?

Re: Powerprotector - Shutdown ESXi 8 server
Hi,
The information on the Shutdown script is very limited, you may try searching our KB for more info.
