New DL380 Gen 11 not detecting all network cards

New DL380 Gen 11 not detecting all network cards

I have 2 DL380s. Each has 2 onboard 25Gb fiber ports and 2 fiber cards installed. 1 server sees all 6 ports (onboard and expansion), 1 server only sees 2 ports on 1 card. It does not see the on board or the ports from the other card.

ANY ideas?

Are the 2 servers the same specs?  Same number of CPU's?

Have you tried reseating the components?

Have you looked at the ilo logs to see if there are issues with the hardware?  Check the integrated management logs and the ilo logs from the ilo web interface,
