New external HDD dos not detect - DL360 G9

Hi

I lost my data 3days ago , suddenly I removed my folders from ubuntu and need to recover my hard

As you know, for recovery I must have destination source so I connect External HDD with 3tb of capacity

Now in os , in HP provisioning for raid configuration and in Boot menu dos not show the new hard dis .

What should I do ?

My bios and all hard disk are in UEFI / dos it matter with the disk that have not partition or in MBR mod? becuse the new external usb hard disk have no partition and I formated in MBR not GPT

It's emergency and I need your help as son as possible immediately please

In this scenario, you can use OS live DVD and recover your data.
The External HDD will not detect in hp intelligent provisioning (HPE Smart Storage Administrator (HPE SSA) ) because the external hard drive is not connected to the smart storage controller.
