Hey keith,

If your HPE DL380 Gen10 server's mainboard has a 10-pin power output, you cannot directly use an 8-pin to 6-pin power cable (such as the 871829-B21) to connect the mainboard to the RTXA4000 graphic card. The number of pins must match between the power output and the power input connectors.

To properly power the RTXA4000 graphic card from the mainboard, you will need a power cable that converts from 10 pins to the required number of pins on the graphic card, which is likely 8 pins. Unfortunately, I don't have information about a specific power cable with a 10-pin to 6-pin configuration.

However, you may try contacting the HPE Support for further guidance.

Hope this helps! Let me know
