Merci.

Hello everyone,
I have an urgent problem with my HPE PROLIANT DL380G9 server.
The server indicator light turns green but the start button does not start the server.
Is it a power problem or what to do?
THANKS.

It may be an issue with the power button. Check if you are able to power on the server from ILO. If yes than it probably is the power button assembly issue. If not then there could be an underlying issue for which AHS logs needs to be checked. For this please log a support ticket.
