Proliant BL460c Gen8 Network Adapter showing "Degraded"

Hello Everyone,

One of my server showing in iLO-4 "Network degraded"

Systeminfo: Proliant BL460c Gen8
NIC-Adapter info: HP FlexFbric 10Gb 2-sport 554 FLB-Adapter
Firmware version: 11.1.183.23
but when I check the settings of NIC on Server everything sems to work properly.

your help is highly appreciated,
