Re: ProLiant ML 110 Server not detecting the SSD hard Drive under intelligent provisioning

Hi nisharvp,
For the HPE servers, Only HPE options parts are tested on the HPE Server products.   Not sure about compatibility of the third party disk drives. Please refer this quickspecs (Page no. 25) for the drives that are supported on ML110 Gen10 server.

If the drive is supported, please refer the following suggestions-
1) Update the system firmware to the latest version. It will update the IP as well.
2) Check the controller mode is HBA/RAID, please configure it to RAID mode.
3)
Be sure that the drive is cabled properly.
4) Ensure the Drive LED indicator are normal.
5)  As per my knowledge, Intelligent Provisioning cannot detect SR 100i Controller. Please verify the controller. Refer this link for driver.
6) Software RAID may be disabled. Please refer this link to enable.
7) Even the issue persists, Please reply with Disk part no, RAID Controller installed, Server model, Error if any.
