Seeking Community Assistance for Configuring Multipath with iSCSI for Redundant SAS HDD Ac
Hello Community Members,
I am seeking assistance and guidance on a specific challenge that our team is currently facing. In our setup, the SAS HDD within the server is accessed through iSCSI. We believe that configuring multipath might be the key to solving this issue.
We kindly request your expertise and guidance on the following:
- How to configure multipath for SAS HDD access via iSCSI.
- Steps involved in setting up multipath

Re: Seeking Community Assistance for Configuring Multipath with iSCSI for Redundant SAS HD
Hi,
Have you figured it out? If not, can you tell the community what are the hardwares and softwares involved.
HPE Server model
HPE Storage model
Fibre Channel card model
Operating system on the server
You can also check HPE Support portal for configuration information.
Thank You!
I work with HPE but opinions expressed here are mine.

Re: Seeking Community Assistance for Configuring Multipath with iSCSI for Redundant SAS HD
Hey, not yet! Still trying to figure it out. Will need you help in it.
I am not aware about model number and specifications of HPE storage array and servers used at backend.
I am only asked to configure multipath on a INTEL server board ( S2600WFQ) where I recieved 2 disks(a same physical disk) via two different servers/controller/path via ISCSI connection .
The physical disk I want to use for multipath is SAS 3.0 HDD (model number-WH721412AL5204).
