Je možné, aby tyto servery (DL 320e G8 nebo DL360 G8 nebo DL380 G8 nebo DL360 G9) používaly disk SSD M2 ve slotu PCIe pro umístění systému WinSer2019. Má někdo s tímto zkušenosti ? Existuje vhodná deska s řadičem pro RAID?
Google Transate
It is possible that these servers (DL 320e G8 or DL360 G8 or DL380 G8 or DL360 G9) use an M2 SSD
in the PCIe slot to locate the WinSer2019 system. Does anyone have experience with this?
Is there a suitable RAID controller board?

Re: SSD disk M2 PCIe pro (DL 320e G8 nebo DL360 G8 nebo DL380 G8 nebo DL360 G9)
Greetings!
The following servers (Gen8s) do not support M.2 drives.
HPE ProLiant DL320e Gen8 Server.
HPE ProLiant DL360p Gen8 Server.
HP ProLiant DL380p Gen8 Server.
HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen9 Server can support m.2 drives using M.2 SSD enablement kit.
Please refer M.2 SSD on page# 28 of the web-link below:
https://h20195.www2.hpe.com/v2/getdocument.aspx?docname=c04375623#
NOTE: M.2 drives go in PCIe slots and use B140i SATA controller only.
NOTE: M.2 supports Software RAID only.
Also find below "HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen9 Server - Maintenance and Service Guide" which you can refer for installation and cabling of M.2 drive.

Re: SSD disk M2 PCIe pro (DL 320e G8 nebo DL360 G8 nebo DL380 G8 nebo DL360 G9)
Thank you for the guidance.
I went through the recommended links. I found a Board HP M.2 SSD DUAL DRIVE PCIE RISER CARD 759505-001. I believe that this card for SSD M2 does not provide direct communication via the bus. The bus connection only provides power. The SSD connection is via SATA. The communication speed is thus given by SATA 6 GB / s. This also gives the possibility of RAID configuration. Is this the right reasoning?

SolutionGreetings!
As per server quickspecs (https://h20195.www2.hpe.com/v2/getdocument.aspx?docname=c04375623&#), following is the kit mentioned on page# 28
HPE Universal SATA HHHL 3yr Wty M.2 Kit 878783-B21
https://partsurfer.hpe.com/Search.aspx?SearchText=878783-B21

Yes you are right, SSD M.2 on this server would be installed on the riser card and would use the embedded B140i SATA 6 Gb/s controller only and supports Software RAID only.
Also please note that B140i is supported in UEFI BIOS mode only.
