SUM 11.2 can not connect to iLO.
I plan to upgrade our DL360 gen10 ang gen11 servers FW version to SPP 250100 level, and I realised, that the new SUM version 11.2.0 not able to connect to iLO. I got an error message, that I should check firewall settings. From the same server, with the same settings SUM version 11.0.0 run withouth any problem. Does anybody know what was the change between the two SUM version, why this issue is appears?

Re: SUM 11.2 can not connect to iLO.
Hi @v_tibi2 ,
As per the User guides of HPE SUM version 11.0.0 and 11.2, there is no difference between the ports used.
Following are some steps to troubleshoot-
1) Please check the have you changed any network configuration of iLO, there may difference in Subnet mask, Gateway IP, DNS IP etc.
2) Run the command netstat -ano to check is the server using the ports 63001 and 63002.
3) If ports are in use, please kill that process/task using windows task manager.
I hope, my post helps in resolving your issue. if yes, please give kudos and mark my post as Accepted Solutions.
Regards,
