Support life cycle HPE DL360 G9 ?
Hi, We have some HPE DL360 G9 servers which will be complex and costly to replace ATM due to their unique role. They have a HPE mainteance contract associated with them. I am keen to understand when the support cessation will hit these servers? I am unable to find any definitive documentation on this matter - I have only found vague and conflicting advice. Your assistance would be appreciated.

Re: Support life cycle HPE DL360 G9 ?
Hi,
Usually this information should be available in HPE Support portal, but not sure if it covers all the products.
Thank You!

Re: Support life cycle HPE DL360 G9 ?
HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise) provides support for their products, including servers, through their maintenance contracts. The support lifecycle for specific server models, such as the HPE DL360 G9, can vary, and it's important to have accurate and up-to-date information regarding the support cessation for your servers.
Since my knowledge was last updated in September 2021, I may not have the most recent information on the support lifecycle of specific server models. Therefore, it's always advisable to consult official HPE documentation or contact HPE directly for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
To get the specific details about the support cessation for your HPE DL360 G9 servers, you can visit the HPE support website or reach out to their customer support team. They will be able to provide you with the necessary information regarding the support timeline for your servers based on the maintenance contract you have in place.
It's worth mentioning that HPE typically provides support for their products for several years after the end of their initial sales availability. This allows customers to continue using and maintaining their servers even after newer models have been introduced. However, the exact duration of support can vary depending on the specific product and any extended support options that may be available.
